Supervision (Counselor) – Ongoing Session (online)

Description

This is a voucher for 1 x 1 hour supervision session for a counsellor, with me. It will be conducted online, via Zoom.

Supervision is a formal process of professional support and learning which enables individual counsellors to develop knowledge and competence, and is acknowledged to be a life-long process. Aspiring and licensed counsellors are encouraged to engage in regular supervision. In a supervision session the following, as relevant and required by the supervisee, is discussed:

• Nurturance and development of core counselling skills.
• Challenges that have arisen in counselling, and related programs.
• Problem-solving and the development of resilience.
• Career growth as a counsellor.
• Private practice and business growth.

The role of myself as a supervisor is to create an encouraging, collaborative relationship that allows you to professionally thrive as a counsellor.
