Trauma-sensitive yoga offers a unqiue and highly effective, evidence-based modality to support young people and their families, that have been affected by trauma. This 20-hour professional training is designed for practitioners wanting to work safely, ethically and developmentally with young people impacted by trauma, adversity and chronic stress. Drawing on trauma theory, developmental psychology, attachment science, and yoga therapy, this course bridges theoretical understanding with embodied practice. You’ll learn how to thoughtfully facilitate trauma-sensitive yoga for children, teens and families – with sensitivity to relational dynamics, cultural context, and the realities of working with young people. Beginners, educators, students, parents, caregivers and the. simply curious are so welcome too!

This is a 20-hour training, conducted entirely online. It is designed and lead by Cands, directly. You will have 4 months from the date of enrolment to complete it.
