Nature heals. When we slow down, breathe deeply, and immerse ourselves in the natural world, we tap into a profound source of restoration. This practice—known as forest bathing (Shinrin-Yoku)—is a therapeutic approach that uses mindful, sensory engagement with nature to regulate the nervous system, ease emotional distress, and restore a sense of connection.
But what if we could take this even further? In this free workshop, Cands will introduce her unique therapeutic protocol, integrating forest bathing with yoga therapy to deepen its healing effects for clients navigating trauma, shock, and grief. By combining the grounding presence of nature with somatic awareness, breathwork, and mindful movement, we can create an even more powerful pathway to emotional regulation and resilience.
