About this workshop:

Trauma affects not only the body and mind, but also how children and families connect, regulate, and feel safe in their world. This 1.5 hour online workshop offers a compassionate and practical introduction to Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TSY) adapted for children, teens and their families.

Led by Candice Clark, as well as Michelle Fury (experienced paediatric yoga therapist, psychotherapist and a leading global voice and author in trauma therapy), this workshop will explore how yoga-based tools can nurture safety, empowerment, and connection for young people and their caregivers. Yoga teachers, counselors, educators and caregivers are all encouraged to join us.
