Welcome to my brand-new, support program and course for trauma survivors. This is a culmination of my most important work. This course is a gentle, evidence-informed 6-week guided journey to help you better understand trauma, reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and move towards healing – one compassionate step at a time. This is not a professional training, but rather a training for you to take time towards your own heart and healing.

Everyone that feels they could benefit is so welcome. It is a 20-hour training, conducted entirely online. It is designed and lead by me (Cands). You will have 3 months access from the date of your enrolment / purchase to all course materials. Extensions can be purchased on a case by case basis.
