Saturday morning, 6 December | 9:00 – 11:00 AM

A gentle outdoor yoga gathering to release, reflect, and reset for the year ahead. Join me for a slow, nourishing 2-hour morning retreat surrounded by nature. We’ll begin with a gentle yoga flow designed to help you let go of the year that’s passed – supporting tension release from your body, mind and heart. Then, we’ll settle in with a cup of coffee or tea for heartfelt conversation, connection, and a little dreaming about what’s next. Together, we’ll reflect on where we’ve been and begin to envision the year ahead – with clearer intentions, softer energy, and renewed focus for both your career and personal life.

It’s my hope that you’ll leave feeling grounded, inspired, and reconnected to the dreams that excite your heart.

All levels welcome, this is about connection, not perfection. Please bring your yoga mat, a journal & pen, and a light jersey / similar for the garden.

We will be moving gently, carefully and there is no expectation for you to partake in every movement. Therapeutic yoga is also choosing what feels most nourishing to you. Once booked you will receive a personal details form (including liability waiver) that you’ll need to complete to attend. About your host: Cands is a licensed counsellor and yoga therapist that specializes in trauma and mental health. She has worked with many individuals one on one and in group therapy programs focused on mental health and psychological trauma recovery. Through these professional experiences and advanced academic training, Cands has in-depth knowledge of trauma, trauma recovery theory, mental health and just how yoga can powerfully support mental wellbeing.     • We will happily issue you with a 75% refund (via EFT) should you cancel or notify us that you will not be able to attend this workshop at least 60 days prior to the program start date.
    • We will happily issue you with a 50% credit note to use for any of our products and services (valid for 12 months), should you cancel or notify us that you will not be able to attend this workshop within 15 – 60 days of the workshop.
    • No refund or credit note is provided if you cancel within 15 days of the workshop date or exit the workshop or do not finish the workshop.
