Yoga Therapy – Ongoing Session (in person)

Description

This is a voucher for 1 x 1 hour ongoing yoga therapy sessions with me. It will be conducted in person, in our studio. Should you prefer an online session, please do let me know (this is at a slightly reduced price of R600 per/session).

If we have not yet booked in your session, please pop me a mail here: cands@candiceclark.co.za (or your loved one once they’ve received the voucher). I am looking so forward to meeting with you.

By purchasing this voucher, you are agreeing to the following terms:

• The voucher is not eligible for refund or exchange for other products or services.
• The voucher is valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
• The yoga therapy session can take place once the personal details form and liability waiver has been agreed to (this is sent to the recipient upon contact made with me).

*NB: Payment secures session in diary, intake form will be sent through once payment received and is required within 48 hours of intake session.*
