Counseling – Ongoing Session (kids & teens – in person)

Description

This is a voucher for 1 x 1 hour counselling session with me. All sessions with children and teens are conducted in person.  If we have not yet booked in your child’s session, please pop me a mail here: cands@candiceclark.co.za. I am looking so forward to meeting with them.

By purchasing this voucher, you are agreeing to the following terms:

• The voucher is not eligible for refund or exchange for other products or services.
• The voucher is valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
• The counselling session can take place once the personal details form and liability waiver has been agreed to (this is sent to the recipient upon contact made with me).

*NB: Payment secures session in diary, intake form will be sent through once payment received and is required within 48 hours of intake session.*
