About the workshop:
This is a recorded 1.5 hour, live case clinic lead directly by Cands. It is an interactive, trauma-informed learning experience where we will unpack a real-world composite case drawn from the South African context (high-violence, low-resourced). In this 1.5 hour session, you’ll observe how theory meets practice as we explore trauma responses, ethical boundaries, and practical interventions through a reflective, discussion-based format. This clinic offers a glimpse into the applied learning style of our advanced trauma counseling course – designed to move beyond theoretical concepts into embodied, contextually grounded understanding. Ideal for counselors, facilitators, and wellness professionals who want to deepen their confidence in trauma-informed work.
